Hi,
I’m Soly (She/They), and I’m passionate about helping people to feel safe and at home in their bodies. I’ve been holding space for others as a yoga teacher since I was 19 years old which has given me immense practice in meeting my clients exactly where they’re at so that they can access their innate knowledge.
As a woman of color, I’m determined to improve birth outcomes for marginalized communities. I have experience supporting BIPOC and LGBTQ+ families.
My intention is to empower and nurture your family with evidence-based tools so you feel informed and confident as you welcome your baby into the world.

Postpartum is a sacred window of healing, transformation, and tender adjustment. I offer nurturing support, evidence based guidance, and a steady presence as you find your rhythm in this new chapter.
Yoga is a gentle way to return to yourself, build strength, and connect with your breath and body. I offer prenatal, postpartum, and traditional yoga to support balance, presence, and inner peace through every season.
